Equipment

  • 1 9x13 baking dish Glass or metal preferred
  • 1 Spatula Offset spatula for smooth layering
  • 1 Freezer At least 2 hours freezing needed

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Frozen whipped topping Thawed before use
  • 12 oz Hot fudge sauce Warmed for easier spreading
  • 12–16 Ice cream sandwiches Vanilla or any preferred flavor
  • 1 cup Chopped peanuts Optional for crunch

Instructions

  • Arrange ice cream sandwiches in a 9x13-inch dish in a single layer.
  • Spread half of the whipped topping over the sandwiches evenly.
  • Drizzle with warm hot fudge and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  • Add a second layer of sandwiches and repeat with remaining topping and fudge.
  • Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove from freezer, let sit for 5 minutes, and slice to serve.

Notes
